In front of Hamada Station there is a clock which, at the top of every hour, performs an animatronic kabuki show. Including a dragon that shoots smoke and sparks.

There were lots of interesting rocks around Motonosumi Inari Shrine, but these in particular interested me.
The whitish rocks in these pictures have lots of cracks running through them, but if you look closely you’ll see that the rock is actually raised up at the cracks. Wherever the rock was split there was a little lip. I’m curious what caused this.
